"We're thrilled to be offering the first-ever American Girl Fashion Show in Boston," says Mimi La Camera, president of the Freedom Trail Foundation. "It's a wonderful combination of history and the sheer fun that girls have with their American Girl dolls. We're proud to be able to offer American Girl books to promote reading as well as to tell the story of the Revolution through Felicity's experiences. It's a great gift idea and a magical way for us to underwrite our expanding education programs for underperforming schools."

"We're also honored to have the First Lady of Boston, Mrs. Angela Menino, serve as Honorary Chairperson. It demonstrates her and the Mayor's commitment to this valuable historical asset we have in this city and their own commitment to improving education for all school children,." said LaCamera.

The Freedom Trail Foundation is offering advance ticket sales to this event as a great Christmas or holiday season gift idea. Tickets are on sale now for a day a young girl will always remember.

Twenty nine models will present the fashions, while lively commentary and music will create a memorable experience for girls and their families.
