. October 14, 2008

OCONOMOWOC, WI, November 21, 2006. Pabst Farms Development Inc., developers of the largest master-planned community in southeastern Wisconsin, together with S&L Hospitality, a hospitality development, management and investment company, of Fitchburg, Wis., announced today that construction is officially underway on a new full-service Hilton Garden Inn(R) at Pabst Farms.

Scheduled to open in Spring, 2007, the three story Hilton Garden Inn will feature 100 guestrooms offering complimentary high-speed Internet access and remote printing to the hotel's 24-hour business center; the Garden Sleep SystemTM bed; Mirra(R) chair by Herman Miller; 26" Philips high definition flat screen television and innovative clock that allows guests to play their MP3 or portable CD player. Business travelers will enjoy 1,000 square-feet of flexible meeting space with high-tech capabilities; a 24-hour complimentary business center; a workout facility; an indoor swimming pool and whirlpool; a full-service restaurant; room service; and an onsite guest laundry facility.

"This upscale facility will provide a very comfortable experience for travelers visiting businesses, friends and families in Pabst Farms, the city of Oconomowoc and surrounding areas," said Peter Bell, president of Pabst Farms Development Inc. "We are pleased that S&L Hospitality, a very respected hotel development and management company, will manage this very special project."

"Pabst Farms is an ideal market location for this brand of hotel," said Eric Lund, chief operating officer of S&L Hospitality. "We believe it will be extremely successful given this prime location in a premier master-planned community with easy access off I-94 coupled with the hotel's outstanding amenities."

The new Hilton Garden Inn will be located on approximately three acres in the new mixed-use area at Pabst Farms known as Village Square. It will join the recently opened M&I Bank in Village Square as co-anchors for what will eventually be 35 acres devoted to retail and office space. It will be within walking distance of convenience and service retail stores currently open at the Market Place at Pabst Farms as well as stores and restaurants at Pabst Farms Town Centre, a 1-million-square-foot regional shopping and entertainment center in the planning stages.

"Adding a first-class, quality hotel to an expanding mix of residential and commercial components, along with an on-site elementary school and YMCA, is turning Pabst Farms into a vibrant community with all the conveniences of an urban area," said Bell. "Speaking of quality, nothing says it better than the 'Hilton' brand name."
