SEOUL, South Korea, November 13, 2006. The Shilla Seoul in South Korea is launching overnight spa packages, offering guests the opportunity to experience both Asia's first Guerlain Spa and an elevated level of luxury at the new-look Shilla Seoul, which has emerged fresh from a multi-million dollar facelift as the country's premier lifestyle hotel.
The 'Leading Spa for Two' package offers couples both a 90-minute body treatment of choice plus 90-minute facial at L'institut de Guerlain's renowned spa, with a night in a Grand Deluxe room and breakfast at KRW 840,000 (US$879) or KRW 880,000 (US$921) for an Executive Grand Deluxe room.
'Leading Ladies Spa' is a delightful package for women, with 60 minutes of body or facial pampering including deep cleansing, pore extraction, massage, moisturising or purifying mask plus 'paraffin' hand or foot treatment at KRW 720,000 (US$753) for an Executive Grand Deluxe with breakfast, or KRW 740,000 (US$774) in a Junior Suite.
'Leading Forever Spa' is the ultimate indulgence package for jet-lag therapy or pre-flight relaxation. The jet-lag therapy includes three hours of '5 Senses' hydrotherapy, Swedish massage and a full facial. Pre-flight pampering provides three hours of body polish and intensive facial treatment.
Either of the two are priced at KRW 880,000 (US$921) in a Junior Suite, KRW 930,000 (US$ 973) in a Korean Suite and KRW 980,000 (US$1,025) in a Corner Suite.
'Leading Spa Splendor' is the most intensive pampering package of all, with 30 minutes of hydrotherapy or 'vichy shower', 90 minutes of body therapy and 120 minutes of intensive facial, priced at KRW 1,050,000 (US$1,098) for Junior Suite or KRW 1,100,000 (US$1,151) for a Korean Suite stay.
The L'Institut de Guerlain's 12 treatment rooms, including 2 wet rooms, are elegantly appointed, conveying an air of luxury while creating a relaxed atmosphere and use of the finest imported fabrics and equipment.
The four Leading Spa packages are on offer until the end of 2007. A free 15-minute footbath is included in all packages. Prices exclude 10% tax and 10% service.
