Noble Completes Conversion of AmeriSuites to Hyatt Place Chicago
Jason Dinkins Named General Manager
ATLANTA, GA, October 2, 2008. Privately held Noble Investment Group ("Noble"), a leading sponsor of private equity real estate funds and an integrated lodging and hospitality operating and development organization, today announced the opening of the Hyatt Place Chicago/ Schaumburg located in Schaumburg, Illinois.
Hyatt Place, recently named the top mid-scale, full-service brand in the J.D. Power and Associates 2008 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction IndexSM, complements Hyatt's full-service brands by combining contemporary design with innovative services and amenities to create an atmosphere of casual hospitality.
The 127-room Hyatt Place is located in Schaumburg, a major suburb in the northwest corridor of Chicago and the largest center for economic development outside of the city. A comprehensive conversion provided the hotel with substantial hotel improvements throughout all guestrooms, public areas and the 4,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The traditional guest lobby was reconfigured into the Hyatt Place Gallery, featuring Hyatt self service kiosks, Hyatt bar/cafe, e-room providing Wi-Fi internet access, and freshly prepared meals available around the clock, served in the Guest Kitchen. Guest rooms feature a state-of-the-art media and work center complete with 42"flat-panel HDTVs, contemporary decor, stylish furnishings, and the Hyatt Grand Bed.

Jason Dinkins has been named general manager of this newly rebranded Hyatt Place. Jason and his team are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, sales and marketing efforts and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Jason has over ten years of experience in the hospitality industry as a veteran general manager and has a track record of consistently achieving topmost guest satisfaction results.
Paulina Mach has been named director of sales and marketing and is responsible for the Hyatt Place Schaumburg's sales and marketing leadership and strategies. Paula has over eight years of hospitality industry experience in the Schaumburg market.
