innRoad Adds New Features to innCenter SaaS Property Management System

Enhancements to Web-based innCenter PMS solution make it robust enough to meet the needs of all type

These new features include a Night Audit functionality, Condo/Hotel module, Housekeeping & Maintenance scheduling, and customized Confirmation Messaging.

innCenter's new Night Audit function includes an audit control dashboard that allows the hotelier to customize and control the criteria determining how the daily transactions are settled and balanced. These transactions are maintained with two status levels "Pending," "Posted," and "Locked" providing the hotelier with the flexibility to choose a specified time and day to complete the night audit process. These allow hoteliers to run audit reports whenever convenient and to ensure the security of the reports.

The innCenter Condo/Hotel module was designed to quickly and easily manage owner revenues, expenses, and profit-sharing between Condo Owners and the Management Company. This is accomplished by generating various daily and monthly statements for owners to track charges that are accumulated during a stay, as well as other expenses related to owning the condo unit.

Another feature of the Condo/Hotel Module is to automatically calculate the appropriate commission percentage(s) for the management company for the appropriate revenue post types being shared. These numbers are automatically calculated during the end of day transaction audit along with the day's activity. Along with this automatic breakout of commissioned revenues, both the owner and the management company can quickly analyze the profitability of each condo.

The Housekeeping & Maintenance scheduling features a communication and tasking tool that increases guest satisfaction by empowering housekeeping and maintenance to field and fulfill guest service requests on a real-time basis, thereby reducing response time and follow-up. The task management module also provides instant monitoring of services and tasks that are completed by service personnel.

Utilizing the data in the property management system, personalized and customized Confirmation Messaging creates the ability to send branded reservation and reminder responses to the guest.
