The Guest Satisfaction Index (GSI) is our internal method of measuring guest satisfaction. The complete process is being handled by an external company in the US (NFO). All guests receive through email a questionnaire and are being asked to rate their level of satisfaction for more than 30 areas. The questions are related both to the actual product (Cleanliness, condition of room, bathroom etc) as well as the quality of service provided. In 2005, the Hotel Grande Bretagne had an Overall Satisfaction score of 8.86. Our Hotel is being compared to all other Luxury Collection hotels in the Division like the Imperial in Vienna, the Kamp in Helsinki, the Grand in Florence and many more.
