With a career spanning over 25 years in the hospitality and resort spa realm, Joseph brings with her a remarkable depth of knowledge and expertise, poised to elevate the luxury hotel spa to new heights.
Joseph is an experienced spa professional with a distinctive blend of visionary leadership and business savvy. Over the past 17 years, she has excelled in Senior Spa Director roles, building on a diverse foundation stemming from previous positions in massage therapy and esthetics. In her most recent role as Spa Director at Conrad Hotels & Resorts, she worked to craft memorable guest experiences, motivate employees, and consistently uphold brand standards while exceeding financial goals.

As Director of Spa and Wellness, Joseph will oversee the multi-award-winning Waldorf Astoria Spa operations, ensuring the 15,000 sq. ft. space continues to be a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation in the heart of Atlanta. Further, she will spearhead the rollout of the myCODAGE experience, offering spa guests a hyper-personalized skincare experience with custom serum formulation to suit their individual needs and goals.
Originally from the Turks and Caicos Islands, Joseph gained extensive experience working in various roles throughout the Caribbean before settling down in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She looks forward to exploring the vibrant Atlanta community and immersing herself in the city's rich, diverse culture.
