Driftwood Hospitality Celebrates Groundbreaking of Residence Inn by Marriott Flagler Station
First-Ever Eb-5 Project

WHAT:
Driftwood Hospitality Management will break ground on its first-ever EB-5 project, the $22.2 million Residence Inn by Marriott Flagler Station, located in the heart of Miami's thriving Flagler Station Business Park. The Palm Beach-based company has assembled a team of experienced industry professionals to guide the creation of its new EB-5 division, which will strategically focus on the development of new-build hotels through EB-5 investments. The Residence Inn by Marriott Flagler Station, slated to open January 2016, is the company's first venture under this new program.
Ceremony will feature remarks from Driftwood Hospitality's executive team, as well as a representative from Ocean Bank. Lunch will be provided.
