Loews Hotels & Resorts Opens the 400-room Loews Chicago Hotel
NEW YORK - March 3, 2015 - Loews Hotels & Resorts, a wholly owned subsidiary of Loews Corporation (NYSE:L), today announced that the new Loews Chicago Hotel has officially opened.

Located in the heart of Streeterville, the wholly owned Loews Chicago Hotel sits just one block north of the Chicago River and two blocks east of North Michigan Ave. The property features 400 guestrooms, including 25 suites; a signature lobby bar named ETA; a celebrity chef-driven Argentine restaurant, Rural Society, by Iron Chef Jose Garces; more than 29,000 square feet of innovative meeting space; a luxury spa and a state-of-the-art fitness center with a 75-foot lap pool; and the largest outdoor rooftop terrace in the city, Streeterville Social.

The addition of the Loews Chicago Hotel further expands Loews Hotels' footprint in the Midwest. During 2014, Loews Hotels added hotels at Chicago O'Hare and in Minneapolis.
