New Yorkers Celebrate Wellness at Westin New York Grand Central

Spring Fitness Break Event Focuses on Health and Fitness

March 26, 2014 - On March 20, more than 100 fitness-minded New Yorkers got a jumpstart on seasonal fitness routines at the 2014 Spring Fitness Break in New York City, hosted by The Westin New York Grand Central Hotel and FiTMAPPED. Participants enjoyed yoga, meditation and an interactive wellness Q&A panel with Mang'Oh Yoga, Citi Bike, New Balance and more. The event also celebrated the launch of Westin Hotels & Resorts' Well-Being Movement.

The group Wellness Panel featured Sarah Strong of Wellness Coaches USA, Samantha Lynch of Samantha Lynch Nutrition, Jaime Schwartz of Nutrition Strategy at Ketchum, Anita Mirchandani of FiTMAPPED, Willow Jarosh of C&J Nutrition and Erica Whalen of Mang'Oh Yoga.
