Jones Lang LaSalle Announces Sale of Holiday Inn Bluefield, WVA

MAY 2, 2008. On behalf of Equity Inns, Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels’ select service division is pleased to announce the sale of the Holiday Inn in Bluefield, WV to Stafford Hospitality, Inc. The 120 room property, located in the heart of Bluefield, features a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, restaurant/lounge and 3500 square feet of meeting space.

Bluefield is located in Mercer County, home to numerous industries which operate in a worldwide arena. The hotel is conveniently located off of Interstate 77 and is proximate to many local and regional demand generators.
