Heavlin Management Company Announces Executive-Level Appointments

TEMPE, AZ. October 31, 2017 - Heavlin Management Company, LLC (HMC), a full-service hospitality management and consulting company, today announced two executive-level corporate appointments to support continued growth and strategic planning for increased investor value within hotel property portfolio. Kevin Jackson has been named Chief Financial Officer and Jeremy Bratcher joins as Vice President of Operations. Kevin Jackson - Chief Financial Officer, HMC Hospitality Kevin Jackson joins HMC Hospitality as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) responsible for corporate financial planning, reporting, operational analysis and optimization, and treasury/risk management His 20-year hospitality industry financial and operational experience will help ensure financial strength and positioning to meet short and long-term corporate goals.

Previously, Mr. Jackson held senior finance and accounting positions with Landry's, Inc., a privately held owner and operator of a multi-branded dining, hospitality, entertainment and gaming business, and Wyndham Worldwide, a multi-billion dollar publicly-traded hospitality company. While at Wyndham Worldwide, Jackson was involved in managing the acquisition and integration of the Wyndham hotel management and franchising business for Wyndham Worldwide hotel division.

Mr. Jackson began his career in the financial industry at PricewaterhouseCoopers and BDO as an assurance manager where he became a certified public accountant, a designation he currently maintains. He holds an MBA degree in addition to a bachelor's degree in accounting.

Jeremy Bratcher - Vice President of Operations, HMC Hospitality Jeremy Bratcher brings two decades of diverse industry experience as a strategic performance-driven leader to HMC Hospitality. As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Bratcher will ensure performance aspects across HMC-managed portfolio of hotels.

Previously, Mr. Bratcher held the position of Regional Vice President at Island Hospitality Management with responsibility for managing performance aspects for portfolio of hotels across Hilton, Marriott, IHG, and Starwood brands in the Southeast. While in that role, he was recognized for the development and advancement of multiple on-property leaders, significant year-over-year improvements in guest service scores, and enhanced performance for top line revenue and profitability across the portfolio. Prior to that, Mr. Bratcher was Senior Director, Full Service Franchise Operations with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where he led an integrated cross-functional team that was recognized for numerous achievements for a portfolio of upper-upscale and luxury hotels in the Midwest encompassing 46 hotels and over $450 million in annual revenue. He has spent time with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), ultimately holding the role of Regional Director, Hotel Opening Services & Transitions where he was responsible for leading and developing the field-based team of consultants across North America. While at IHG, Mr. Bratcher was recognized for numerous accomplishments and promotions, played an integral role in the launch of EVEN Hotels, led a beta test for the Crowne Plaza brand team in Bangkok, Thailand, presented to various ownership groups and advisory councils, and was individually responsible for the onboarding of the company's most high profile and challenging properties. He started his hospitality career with stints including multiple General Manager and department head positions at Marriott and Hilton branded hotels from coast to coast. Mr. Bratcher is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in Economics.
