Atlas Hospitality Group Arranges Sale of New Los Angeles-Area Home2 Suites
IRVINE, CA. August 9, 2017 - Atlas Hospitality Group, the market leader in California hotel sales, arranged the sale of the newly-built Home2 Suites by Hilton in Azusa, California.
The Los Angeles County Home2 Suites features 110 suites and a range of tech-focused, eco-conscious amenities. Amenities at the pet-friendly property include complimentary internet, an outdoor saline pool, along with Home2 Suites amenities such as the Working Wall, an in-suite full kitchen, work area and storage with modular furniture, Spin2 Cycle, a combined laundry and fitness area, the Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items and the Inspired Table, a complimentary daily breakfast.
Located at 229 South Azusa Avenue, the Home2 Suites is convenient to Azusa Pacific University, City of Hope and the Metro Gold Line, which provides easy access to Pasadena, Los Angeles and Hollywood. Los Angeles County hosted 47.3 million visitors in 2016.
Atlas Hospitality Group Vice President Robert J. Feist represented the seller. The buyer was a local private investor.
Reflecting on the transaction, Feist said, “The sales process yielded over a dozen qualified buyers that resulted in the presale of the hotel one week prior to opening. The seller and buyer worked well together during preopening, and the hotel successfully opened last week.”
