August 8, 2017 - Palladium Hotels & Resorts is announcing the launch of a new concierge department dedicated solely to surprising guests and capturing memories at its all-inclusive properties in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic; Riviera Maya and Riviera Nayarit, Mexico, and Lucea, Jamaica. Ideal for anyone who wants to celebrate a special occasion or even play a joke in good taste, Smile Services creates unforgettable experiences. Along with creating the moment for you, the Smile Services team records videos and takes photos to create shareable memories that include every member of your group.

The Smile Services department highlights the outstanding customer service that Palladium Hotels & Resorts properties strive to provide guests. It explores creative ways to give guests smile-worthy experiences whether it be planning an elaborate proposal through a series of linked clues or coordinating an excursion to the Mayan ruins for a group of friends that have reunited for the first time in years. With the trend of celebrating uncommon holidays, Smile Services makes it easy to observe odd holidays such as World Cycling Day, Rubber Duckie Day and International Hug Day, to name a few. The service is complimentary and the team executes as many requests as possible, averaging about two or three surprises a day.

As an added value to the element of surprise, each Smile Service employee is joined by a video assistant to document the unforgettable moment.
