New Fall Menu and Fragrant New Fall Cocktails

The City of Brotherly Love has begun to change color and in celebration, Hyatt at The Bellevue has added several new flavorful cocktails to its menu at XIX Nineteen, located on the 19th floor of the hotel with stunning views of the Philadelphia skyline. The Forbidden Fruit mixes fragrant fall flavors into a festive treat. From house-made fireball to maple honey syrup and ginger beer, the drink encompasses the season in a sip. The Love In Thyme is a softer take on fall with muddled plums, cinnamon, thyme syrup, and fresh lime juice, all shaken up and topped with a sparkle of prosecco and a sprig of thyme. Other fall cocktails on the new menu include A Fig N' Good Thyme which combines rum, thyme fig all spice jam, lemon juice and a cinnamon stick; and the Winter Shandy with cinnamon vodka cocktail with lemon juice, honey, apple cider, PBC Kenzinger and ginger beer, topped with an apple slice; and for a sweet treat.

Additionally, the restaurant has just introduced a tasty new menu format and focus. Based on the great success of a recent tasting menu promotion, the team at XIX Nineteen have affixed the tasting menu to the list of offerings full time. The Chef's Tasting Menu, priced at $49 per guest, will feature four to five options per course with items ranging from White Tuna Crudo with fenel, citrus, and pine nuts; and Quail with celery root crema, celery salad, and pickled mustard seeds for starters to Roasted Mushroom Cannelloni in a porchini bechemel with San Marzano tomatoes; Porcelet Pork Chop with sweet potatoes, cippolinin onion puree, and spiced pepeitas; and Duck Sausage with farro, cabbage and grape mustard for entrees.
