Hotel AG Announces Recent Closings

. November 08, 2016

ATLANTA, GA. November 8, 2016 - Hotel AG announced today that over the last several weeks the firm has closed the following hotel transactions - a new Home 2 Suites in Nashville, Tennessee; a Holiday Inn Express in the Washington, DC metro area; a select service hotel west of Huntsville, Alabama; a Carlson hotel in Georgia; and a full service hotel located in Pennsylvania. The brokers involved in these transactions were Chris Stark, Victor Kalyanji, Wendy Blissett and Brad Sinclair.

Currently, Hotel AG has 42 hotels totaling $600 million in value in various stages of contract with many closings scheduled over the next 7 weeks. Chris Stark, a partner with the firm, commented, “The bid/ask gap seems to have closed as both sellers and buyers recognize the opportunity today's market offers both on the sell side and the buy side.” Brad Sinclair, also a partner with the firm, further remarked, “The transaction market today requires a broker's patience, wisdom, experience and persistence. The days of a closing just happening without these inherent elements has passed.”
