Hostmark Hospitality Group Opens New Dual-Branded Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton in Downtown Chicago

CHICAGO, IL. and MCLEAN, VA. October 17, 2016 - Hilton (NYSE: HLT) today announced the opening of its newest hotel, the dual-branded Hampton Inn by Hilton Chicago Downtown West Loop and Homewood Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown West Loop on North Jefferson, between Randolph and Washington, bringing a total of 336 new rooms to the heart of downtown Chicago. The opening furthers Hilton's successful strategy of expanding in urban markets with dual-branded properties, offering a diverse set of options for travelers. The properties were developed and are owned by a joint venture between Chicago's Jupiter Realty Co and Boston-based Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation. The hotels are managed by Hostmark Hospitality Group.

Hampton Inn by Hilton and Homewood Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown West Loop are situated in a prime location for visitors to enjoy everything that the booming city of Chicago has to offer.
