Eaton, Hong Kong Appoints Louis Fung as Director of Food and Beverage

HONG KONG, CH. October 13, 2016 - Eaton, Hong Kong is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Louis Fung as Director of Food and Beverage.

Working for over 15 years in the hospitality industry, Louis has extensive experience in hotel operations, specialising in food and beverage. Prior to joining Eaton, Louis was the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage of The Langham, Hong Kong. He also held managerial positions in various 5-star establishments including W, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, Sheraton On The Park Sydney and The Star Casino Sydney.

In his new role as the Director of Food and Beverage at Eaton, Louis will assist Sherona Shng, the General Manager, in overseeing the hotel's food and beverage division, and will provide strategic leadership and execution for the hotel's food and beverage concepts, including Yat Tung Heen, Metro Buffet & Grill, Metro Lounge, T Bar, T Garden, Yagura and Main St Cafe. With his expertise and insights in this industry, Louis will help to uphold the high standard of all outlets, so as to ensure Eaton to provide guests with the best culinary experiences.
