McKibbon Hospitality Promotes Two General Managers and Appoints New Area Director of Sales in Little Rock, Arkansas

LITTLE ROCK, AR. / TAMPA, FL. September 14, 2016 - McKibbon Hospitality announced today that it has promoted Adam Winning to General Manager for its Residence Inn Little Rock Downtown, Jake Honegger to General Manager of Courtyard at Little Rock Downtown, and hired Virginia (Ginny) Moulton as Market Director of Sales for McKibbon's Little Rock Downtown's properties, which include Courtyard by Marriott, Hampton Inn & Suites, Homewood Suites by Hilton, and Residence Inn by Marriott.

Winning has worked for McKibbon since 2009. He earned his Bachelor's in Resort and Hospitality Management from Florida Gulf Coast University while working for McKibbon as the Guest Services Manager at Courtyard by Marriott, and then as the Assistant General Manager at Residence Inn, both of which are located in Fort Myers and managed by McKibbon. He also served as the Opening Assistant Manager at Residence Inn in Fort Myers, and contributed to the spike in Guest Satisfaction rates, which aided in the rank of top 10% in the brand for overall satisfaction. Most recently, Winning worked as the Hotel Manager at Courtyard Little Rock Downtown, and assisted the GM for two properties in the region. Winning has earned notable accomplishments in the hospitality industry, including being nominated three times for the Elaine McLaughlin Award and being certified as a Guest Service Professional (CGSP) by the American Hotel and Lodging Association. As General Manager for Residence Inn he will help recruit, interview, and train the hotel's team, manage day-to-day hotel operations, assist with sales and marketing efforts, and help maintain brand standards across the property.

Honegger earned his promotion after holding several managerial positions since 2006 for Residence Inn, Fairfield Inn & Suites, SpringHill Suites, Marriott, and Hilton Garden Inn. Honegger opened two hotels as General Manager - the SpringHill Suites in Chattanooga, TN., and the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Conway, AR. In these leadership roles, he was responsible for all areas of the hotels' opening, including hiring, training, sales, and property operations. Seven months post-opening, one of his hotels ranked #3 in brand and #2 on TripAdvisor. In addition to his sales and business leadership, he achieved countless awards from every brand he represented. As General Manager of Courtyard Little Rock Downtown, Honegger is accountable for the total operation of the property. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring guest and associate satisfaction, training, assisting with sales and marketing efforts, and working with all corporate departments to ensure that property and company goals are being achieved.

Moulton has over 20 years of marketing, management, and hospitality experience in the Arkansas market. She joins McKibbon Hospitality from Embassy Suites by Hilton where she served as the Director of Sales and Marketing in Little Rock, AR. Prior to this position, Moulton worked as a Director of Sales and Marketing for Comfort Inn and Suites Presidential, Capital Hotel, and as the National/Regional Sales Manager for Peabody Little Rock/Arkansas' Excelsior Hotel. Moulton has been recognized for her hospitality and sales leadership. Among other awards she won the Arkansas Hospitality Association Golden Key Award and received the Distinguished Sales and Marketing Victor Award twice. As Market Director of Sales for the Little Rock region, she will be responsible for the overall sales of all properties, training all associates as it relates to sales processes, implementing new sales initiatives, and supporting guest experience and satisfaction.
