LBA Hospitality Appoints Lance Fischer General Manager and Amy Snider Director of Sales for Hampton Inn and Suites Carolina Beach Oceanfront
New general manager and director of sales bring years of experience to soon-to-open hotel
CAROLINA BEACH, NC. July 20, 2016 - LBA Hospitality, a full-scale hotel management, development and consulting firm, has appointed Lance Fischer general manager and Amy Snider director of sales of its soon-to-open Hampton Inn and Suites Carolina Beach Oceanfront in North Carolina.
As general manager, Fischer will manage the property's day-to-day operations and embrace LBA's company-wide goal of providing exceptional guest service. Fischer has been immersed in the hospitality industry for more than seven years, most recently serving as assistant general manager of Courtyard by Marriott in Wilmington, N.C.
An eight-year veteran of the hospitality industry, Snider will head the sales department of the new Hampton Inn and Suites, where she will work to build the portfolio of business for the property and strengthen its community ties. She has successfully held several sales management positions, most recently serving as director of sales for TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Wilmington, NC.

The 100-room Hampton Inn and Suites is conveniently located at 1 Harper Avenue in Carolina Beach, N.C. The property is situated next to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and just minutes away from historic downtown Wilmington and University of North Carolina Wilmington. Construction of the hotel commenced in February 2015, and LBA will manage it upon its completion in late August 2016.
