Margaritaville Welcomes Carlo Sernaglia as New Concept Chef To Its Executive Team

ORLANDO, FL. June 28, 2016 - Margaritaville Holdings LLC, today announced Carlo Sernaglia has been hired as concept chef. Effective immediately, Sernaglia will oversee all corporate food and beverage initiatives and developments, working closely with the company's licensees to ensure brand standards are fully integrated and developing new concepts with the Margaritaville executive team.

Previously, Carlo served as restaurant chef for the new signature restaurant concept, Cioppino, at the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne in Miami, Fla. With extensive background in new restaurant openings, he has successfully overseen the operations and menu development for Altamar in Miami, as well as his own concept, Vagabondi.
