Menin Hospitality to Manage Morgans Hotel Group's 335-Unit Mondrian South Beach in Miami Beach, Florida

MIAMI BEACH, FL. June 14, 2016 - Menin Hospitality announced today it has entered an agreement to manage Mondrian South Beach, one of Miami Beach's only bay front hotel destinations. With 335 units, a full service spa and dining concept, Menin Hospitality will manage the property that first opened in 2008 as a Mondrian® under a license granted to the hotel by Morgans Hotel Group.

As part of Menin Hospitality's growth strategy, Mondrian South Beach joins the hotel portfolio that currently includes Gale, Kaskades, Bentley and Sanctuary in South Beach and Raffaello Chicago. The Menin restaurant and nightlife portfolio includes Bodega Taquería Y Tequila, Red Ginger, Pizza Bar and Bakehouse, a French brasserie concept opening later this month. Menin Hospitality has over 700 guest rooms under management with ten additional nightlife, hotel, and restaurant concepts in the pipeline scheduled to open within the next three years.
