2016 Gold Award Winner and Most Improved Among the Brand

June 1, 2016 - Birmingham, Alabama-based HP Hotels (“HP”) announced today that its Cambria hotels & suites in Madison, Wisconsin has been selected by Choice Hotels International as the “The Most Improved Property” among its Cambria brand hotels. Charles Oswald, HP's President and Chief Operating Officer, made the announcement.
This award is just the latest in a series of accomplishments for the hotel. It was also designated as a “Gold Award winner” recipient again 2016, after having received it 2012 and 2015. HP also received the coveted Choice Brand “Platinum Award in 2013.
Choice Brand “Gold Awards” are presented to the top 10% of hotels within each Choice brand. The awards are based on a ranking system that measures guest satisfaction, product quality, staff service, room conditions and cleanliness. These properties have a proven track record of providing exceptional guest service and facilities.
