Christian Maeder Joins The Setai, Miami Beach as New Executive Food & Beverage Director

MIAMI BEACH, FL. May 25, 2016 - The luxury Forbes five-star hotel, The Setai, Miami Beach, has announced Christian Maeder as their new director of food & beverage. Maeder will now oversee all operations for Jaya at The Setai, The Bar and Courtyard, The Pool and Beach Bar and in-room dining.

Christian Maeder brings over 12 years of experience in luxury hotel groups including the Mandarin Oriental, Eden Roc, Four Seasons, Peninsula, and Claridge's and Princess Cruises. He began his career as the room service manager of New York City's The Peninsula Hotel before relocating to the United Kingdom for the same position at Claridge's London. His career took a step forward when he moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, and became the assistant food & beverage manager at The Mandarin Oriental. Most recently, Maeder was the food & beverage manager at The Four Seasons Hotel in New York.
