Hyatt Regency Dallas at Reunion Takes Steps to Become a Smoke-Free Hotel

. April 07, 2016

DALLAS, TX. April 11, 2016 - In a continuing effort to provide the safest, most comfortable and healthy experience to guests and employees, Hyatt Regency Dallas at Reunion is proud to announce it has become a non-smoking establishment. All 1,120 rooms of the instantly recognizable 28 -story hotel are now completely smoke-free along with all public spaces. In order to accomplish this, rooms that were previously designated for tobacco use have undergone an exhaustive environmental cleaning, a comprehensive process that took several weeks to accomplish.

“Since we opened, the Hyatt Regency Dallas at Reunion has been ahead of the travel and hospitality trends,” said General Manager Fred Euler. “This is just another example of our commitment to provide a healthy environment where guests and associates can thrive.”

In this effort, Hyatt Regency Dallas at Reunion joins many of the Hyatt smoke-free properties across the company.

This news follows the announcement of a $300,000 Wi-Fi upgrade throughout the hotel. Since 2013, the hotel has spent more than $80 million to renovate the guest rooms, meeting and ballroom spaces.
