Holiday Bookings Increasing in Spain

ALICANTE, SP. February 9, 2016 - Spain is bracing itself for record levels of tourism throughout 2016 according the many industry experts and tour operators.

It looks like predictions of record tourism are coming true with the global terrorism threat pushing many holidaymakers to Spain.

Many industry sources have announced that bookings via tour operators for 2016 are already up by 10% to 15% on 2015 and that tourist destinations such as Turkey, Tunisia and Egypt are in decline due to the incidences of terrorism in such resorts and the ongoing threat.

With this in mind surely Spain's commercial sector should become even more appealing for investors for a number of reasons;

Higher Yield on Investment in the Short Term - With more footfall and risk minimised a natural knock on effect and end result will be a higher return on your investment in the short term.

Taking into account the above factors alone almost puts investment in the Spanish commercial sector in the “no-brainer” bracket for investment providing these predictions come true and continue with an increased level of consistency and tourism year on year.

Of course finding the right investment remains critical if you are looking for a short term yield, a run down or non-operating establishment may take months to get up and running, refurbish, re-establish reputation and reap the rewards
