CARTERSVILLE, GA. and MCLEAN, VA. February 2, 2016 - Hilton Worldwide's (NYSE: HLT) Hampton by Hilton brand, the global mid-priced hotel brand that serves value-conscious and quality-driven travelers around the world, today announced the opening of its newest property, Hampton Inn by Hilton Emerson at LakePoint. The 86-room hotel joins the Hampton by Hilton family of more than 2,000 Hampton by Hilton and Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton hotels. The hotel, located at 86 Old Allatoona Road SE in Cartersville, is managed by Horizon Hospitality.

Hampton Inn by Hilton Emerson at LakePoint is near the sporting community of LakePoint. Guests can also enjoy on-site sporting facilities including baseball, volleyball and wake boarding. Additionally, area attractions include the Tellus Science Museum and the upcoming Avaltron Theme park and Lake Point Station.
