Companies to Renovate, Reposition Existing Florida Keys Country Club and Surrounding Land, Creating New Best-in-Class Mixed-Use Development
NAPLES, FL. January 28, 2016 - Coral Hospitality (www.CoralHospitality.com), a full-service hospitality management and investment company, today announced it has been chosen by Index Investment Group to provide technical services and consulting for a major mixed-use development in Marathon Key, Fla. As part of the deal, Coral will help redevelop and rebrand 139 acres encompassing the existing Florida Keys Country Club - owned by Index - repositioning it as an innovative, first-of-its-kind resort, golf, entertainment, retail and condominium destination.

As part of this agreement, Coral Hospitality will work together with the Index Investment Group and the onsite development team - led by Bob Leef and Peter Rosasco - on everything from site planning, architecture and design to hiring, technology and property management. Most recently, Coral served in a similar role for developers of the all-new Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort, before assuming co-management responsibilities with Margaritaville.
