Woodbine and Intermountain Management Open Residence Inn by Marriott Springwoods Village
HOUSTON, TX. November 18, 2015 - Woodbine Development Corporation and InterMountain Management (IMM) yesterday opened the Residence Inn by Marriott Springwoods Village. The 128-room hotel is the first of three select-service hotels Woodbine will develop in Springwoods Village. Courtyard by Marriott has broken ground this June and is scheduled to open in the fall of 2016 in the master-planned community.

Situated on Holzwarth Road, Residence Inn is managed by InterMountain Management and will serve the ExxonMobil campus, Southwestern Energy headquarters, CHI St. Luke's Medical Campus and other employers in the area. Woodbine, known for its extensive hospitality and mixed-use projects, also plans to develop a full-service hotel in Springwoods Village's CityPlace.
The Residence Inn by Marriott Springwoods Village is an all-suite hotel and offers studio and one-bedroom suites with separate zones for relaxing, working, sleeping and bathing. Designed for stays of five nights or more, each suite has a fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, coffeemaker and a microwave oven. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast with a variety of options. It also participates in the brand's new Inn MIX™ program with daily evening social events. The hotel also maintains a business library where guests can fax, copy, print materials, and provides guests with a meeting room, an outdoor swimming pool, exercise room and Sport Court®.
