WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA. November 9, 2015 - Brown Nester Hospitality Services - “The Most Trusted Name in Hotel Brokerage” - represented the buyer of the El Colibri Hotel & Spa in Cambria, CA. Purchased in October by Pacifica Hotels, a prominent California hotel company, the price remains undisclosed.
Located in a seaside village on the central coast of California, the 34-room hotel is just a short walk to both the ocean and the downtown area, known for its upscale shopping, restaurants and art galleries. The property features a full-service spa, fitness center and wine bar.
