NAPLES, FL. November 5, 2015 — Coral Hospitality, LLC (www.CoralHospitality.com) - a full-service hospitality management company with offices in Naples, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia - today announced that it will continue with the successful public/private partnership signing a new management contract for five more years with the North Georgia Mountains Authority, with a possible five year extension. Under the new agreement, Coral will continue providing management services for Amicalola Falls State Park & Lodge, Unicoi State Park & Lodge, George T. Bagby State Park & Lodge, Little Ocmulgee State Park & Lodge, Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa (pictured above) and Lake Blackshear Resort & Golf Club.

“We are pleased to continue serving our partners in the State of Georgia and honored by this expression of confidence in our management capabilities,” said Mark Osterhaus, senior vice president of operations, sales and marketing for Coral Hospitality. “We are immensely proud of the work we have done in Georgia over the past ten years and ready to embark upon exciting new endeavors moving forward.”

Coral Hospitality was the incumbent in a six-month competitive bid process completed by the North Georgia Mountains Authority, having managed the properties under a previous agreement. The company recently worked with the Authority to execute an $8M dollar renovation program at Amicalola Falls and Unicoi, including the rollout of redesigned lobbies, new furnishings, refreshed guestrooms and cabins.

In tandem with the renovations, Coral also partnered with the Authority in the recent launch of a new 'Adventure Lodges of Georgia' program, combining pre-existing adventure activities with an array of all-new offerings ideal for families and corporate groups. Amicalola Falls and Unicoi now feature treetop zip lines, GPS scavenger hunts, 3D archery, climbing walls, team-building itineraries and designated GoPro parks, which offer rentals and classes for guests looking to record their adventures on action cameras.

Nancy Addison, chairman of the North Georgia Mountains Authority, said, “Coral Hospitality brings great experience, financial results, hands-on leadership and a successful track record to help the State of Georgia manage its hospitality assets. They are a great private partner.”

An additional $8.5M in renovations are slated to begin in the coming months at Brasstown Valley and Lake Blackshear, which will incorporate complete redesigns of all guest spaces, including hotel rooms, restaurants and meeting space. Heading into 2016, the company will also work to introduce new attractions and outdoor challenges at Amicalola Falls and Unicoi, as part of the evolving Adventure Lodges program.

Coral Hospitality currently manages an array of other properties across the Southeast United States, including the all-new Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort, Casa Ybel and The Savoy.
