ATLANTA, GA. November 5, 2015 - Atlanta-based Hotel Equities recently held a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting for the new 106-room Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel in St. Louis/Forest Park, Missouri. Hotel Equities serves as the management company for the hotel with Amanda Michael as General Manager and Carron Bean as Director of Sales. It is the first Home2 Suites by Hilton in Missouri.

The Above All Development group of St. Louis, Missouri developed the property at 920 South Taylor Avenue, in the Forest Park Southeast neighborhood. Principals of the Above All Development group include Stan McCurdy, Bryan Aston, Jeff McCurdy and Tom Behle, all of whom attended the celebratory event.

Dignitaries in attendance included Joseph "Joe" Roddy, Alderman for Ward 17, and Kitty Ratcliffe, President of the St. Louis Convention & Visitors Commission. Garfield Campbell, Regional Director of Sales, represented Hotel Equities. During the event, Above All Development, owner of the hotel, presented a check for $10,000 to the Shriners Hospital for Children - St. Louis.

The Home2 Suites by Hilton site is located in the heart of the Forest Park/Central West End area of St. Louis, a growing hub for many business segments and weekend sporting events including professional and recreational teams. The "A" location is surrounded by Washington University, the Washington University Medical Center, St. Louis University, Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis Children's Hospital and the popular 1,293-acre Forest Park. A variety of dining and shopping venues surround the park providing incredible business demand generators.
