Tony Liartis Named as Food & Beverage Director at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in Pennsylvania

FARMINGTON, PA. November 4, 2015 - Tony Liartis has been appointed Director of Food & Beverage at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, a 2,000 acre premier luxury resort destination located in the Laurel Highlands of Southwestern Pennsylvania. Liartis will be responsible for the vision, direction and development of Nemacolin's award-winning Restaurant Collection service teams, which include over 15 outlet options. He will also oversee the banquet servers who are responsible for facilitating nearly 800 meetings and social events yearly throughout the resort's 32,000 square feet Executive Conference Center.

Liartis brings with him experience in senior management positions, including the prestigious Sea Island Resort in Sea Island, Georgia, where he served as the Assistant Food and Beverage Director. Most recently, Liartis led the team at the Forbes Four-Star Watercolor Inn and Resort in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. A graduate of Hobart and William Smith Colleges, Liartis also trained at Les Roches in Switzerland getting a post-graduate Diploma in International Hotel Management and Hospitality. Additionally, Tony has completed his first level of certification in the Court of Masters Sommeliers.
