Sonesta Welcomes Mark Quintero as Sonesta ES Suites Regional Director of Operations
Mark Will Oversee Operations of Twelve Hotels in Eastern U.S.
NEWTON, MA. October 26, 2015 - Today, Sonesta announced that Mark Quintero has been named the new Sonesta ES Suites Regional Director of Operations. In this role, Mark will be charged with communicating, executing and reinforcing the daily operational activities at each hotel in the eastern U.S. region.
Based out of Orlando, Mark will report directly to Mike Wohl, Vice President of Operations, Sonesta ES Suites, and will be responsible for driving employee engagement, guest satisfaction and financial performance for the twelve hotels in his region. He will also play an extensive role in reinforcing the brand culture and provide guidance and professional development for the general managers on his team, as well as ensuring that his hotels are delivering on the Sonesta promise to provide guests with more than just a place to stay.
Boasting an almost 30 year career in the hospitality management industry, Mark has spent the majority of his time working for Marriott International, where he served positions as Assistant General Manager and General Manager at various locations across the United States. Prior to joining Sonesta ES Suites, Mark served as the Regional Director of Operations for Holiday Retirement. He received a Bachelor of Science in Education from Oklahoma State University.
