The All-New Brown Beach House Set to Open on Tel Aviv's Mediterranean Coastline in August 2015

. July 08, 2015

TEL AVIV, IS. - July 8, 2015 - The all-new Brown Beach House, a luxurious urban beach resort located in the heart of Tel Aviv's Mediterranean coastline, is set to open in August 2015.

Built on the site of the legendary Hayarkon Hotel, the cultural stomping ground of officers during the British Mandate, the Brown Beach House is the first beachside hotel of its kind in Tel Aviv, bringing a new incarnation of the city's vibrant urban vibe and creative spirit to the coast whilst enveloping a world of inspired classic hospitality with a whimsical, contemporary twist.

The Brown Beach House modernizes the retro summer resorts of the 1950's, lush with six different types of palm trees and more than 140 verdant fauna embedded throughout the hotel, creating a vibrant and leisure-evoking atmosphere with refined beachside aesthetics that goes perfect with a fresh, summery cocktail. The Brown Beach House offers 40 spacious suites each with private terraces overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, including several lavish Signature Suites. Each suite and social space at the Brown Beach House features vintage furniture pieces hand-selected from around the world and a colorful, tropical ambiance incorporating floral design pallets and retro insignia.

Awaiting guests through the Brown Beach House's elegant lobby space is the "Flamingo Cafe," a gourmet eatery offering an artisanal menu based upon farm-to-table produce, dairy products and daily caught fish straight from the Mediterranean Sea -- open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and inconspicuously Kosher.

On the second floor, guests will enter the Flamingo Bar + Lounge, a multi-room, open-air nightlife space with wooden deck flooring, 45-foot-high ceilings and sea views. Flamingo Bar + Lounge will offer an extensive menu of cocktails, boutique Israeli beers and wines, as well as nightly programming ranging from DJ sets, visual art installations, live music and beyond, all-the-while illuminated with a pink flamingo light piece or vintage Playboy cover, depending on which space you find yourself.

In addition to its round-the-clock room service, The Brown Beach House will feature: "When we first conceived of the Brown Beach House, our aim was to create a high-end-yet-extremely playful boutique property unlike any other currently sitting on Tel Aviv's Mediterranean beachfront, said Leon Avigad, Founder of Leopard Hospitality. "It's a throwback to times past and the Golden Age of legendary and intimate boutique beachside hotels. We are thrilled to unveil our second property, and the sister hotel of our beloved Brown TLV Urban Hotel, in August 2015." •Lavish spa with two couple's treatment and in-suite showers, Jacuzzis and a lush, urban garden •Film screening room and spacious conference spaces •State-of-the-art gym •Hyper-local concierge providing guests with expert insight into Tel Aviv's art, culinary, fashion and music scenes •"The Brown Beach House Pillow Concierge," providing six pillow options catering to the physical needs and comfort of each guest

The Brown Beach House is located at 64 Hayarkon Street, just a short stroll from the Carmel Market and Tel Aviv's 4,000+ Bauhaus and Eclectic architecture-style buildings, a UNESCO World Heritage site, as well as its sister property, the Brown TLV Urban Resort, Israel's only members of the Design Hotels brand and the flagship property of Leopard Group located on Nachalat Binyamin Street in the heart of this ever-growing micro-metropolis.
