First Hospitality Group, Inc. Announces Reopening of Hampton Inn & Suites Bloomington-Normal Following Renovations
ROSEMONT, IL. June 24, 2015 - based First Hospitality Group, Inc. (FHG) announced the completion of renovations and grand reopening of the Hampton Inn & Suites Bloomington-Normal in Normal, Ill. FHG President and CEO Robert Habeeb made the announcement.
During the six-month renovation project that began late last year, interior features were updated throughout the property, including new carpet and wall vinyl. All of the 128 guest rooms were appointed with new sofas, desk chairs, mattresses, box springs and bedding.
“As an experienced hotel management team we know that the sophistication of aesthetics and quality of hotel features are essential elements of a guest's experience, “ said Habeeb. “These upgrades will now put the look and feel of the property on the same level as our award-winning Midwestern hospitality service.”
To celebrate the revamp, the hotel and the McLean County Chamber of Commerce held a reopening celebration on May 21 complete with a ribbon cutting. As part of the event, Habeeb presented a monetary donation to Home Sweet Home Ministries to support homeless and low-income individuals and families on behalf of the hotel.
