Hilton Waikoloa Village Announces Jim Ballard as Director of National Accounts

WAIKOLOA, HI. - June 10, 2015. Hilton Waikoloa Village, a Pacific playground located on Hawaii Island, proudly announces the addition of Jim Ballard as director of national accounts -- South. Ballard will be based in Dallas, Texas, working closely with the sales and marketing team to drive group-specific business to the resort while concentrating on corporate, incentive and association markets. Ballard will concentrate on Southeast accounts stemming from Texas through Florida and South Carolina.

With more than 17 years of successful sales experience, Ballard's industry involvement includes time spent as national in-market sales manager at Caesar's Entertainment Corporation in Las Vegas. Additionally, Ballard served as account director at Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Dallas where he earned the accolade of 2011 North American Incentive Winner.

Ballard began his career in hospitality with Hilton Hotels Corporation after receiving specialized training at Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Houston.
