Matt Drusch Joins Pheasant Run Resort & Spa as DoSM

Pheasant Run Resort & Spa as Director of Sales and Marketing according to
general manager, Charles Shirk. As a Certified Hospitality Sales
Professional, Drusch will oversee a team of 11 employees and plans to

Pheasant Run Resort & Spa is undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation which will rejuvenate the public spaces and guest rooms, complementing an already-enhanced Mega Center. The property offers 473 guest rooms, three restaurants, two swimming pools, Spa Vargas, Zanie's Comedy Club and 100,000 square feet of meeting space including 42 meeting rooms, the Mega Center, and a 320-seat tiered amphitheater. The championship 18-hole golf course is readying for an April 13th opening.
Drusch most recently served as director of sales and marketing at the Sheraton Suites in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Previously, he held role as director of sales and marketing at the Brookfield Suites Hotel and Convention Center in Milwaukee, WI. Originally from Waukesha, Wisconsin, Drusch was honored in Hotel Management magazine as one of the top 30 professionals under 30 making an impact in the hospitality industry.
