The King's Daughters Inn Partners with Stash Hotel Rewards Program

First Boutique, Independent Hotel in Durham to Offer Points-Based Loyalty Program to Guests

. March 11, 2015

Durham, NC - March 11, 2015 - The King's Daughters Inn, a historic, boutique hotel located adjacent to Duke University's East Campus, announced today that it has partnered with Stash Hotel Rewards, the largest points-based loyalty program for independent hotels across the U.S. As a result of this partnership, travelers can now earn and redeem Stash points at The King's Daughters Inn, the first hotel in Durham to offer the innovative rewards program to guests.

“As one of the newer hotels in Durham, we're still building awareness among frequent travelers coming to the area,” said Deanna Crossman, Innkeeper and Owner of The King's Daughters Inn. “Being able to offer a points program like Stash will not only help us attract those 'road-warriors' but also keep them coming back time and time again.”

Built in the 1920's with funds donated by the Duke family, The King's Daughters Home once provided dormitory-style housing for single, elderly women until closing its doors in 2006. After an extensive two-year renovation with a focus on historic preservation and green-building practices, the property began a new chapter of its history when it reopened as The King's Daughters Inn, a 17-room boutique hotel offering first-class amenities coupled with the intimacy of a B&B. Overlooking the stately oak trees of Duke's East Campus, The Inn provides guests with proximity to all of Durham's urban districts as well as to Trinity Park, one of the city's most established walkable neighborhoods.

“The King's Daughters Inn is an intelligent redesign of a historic property, and the result is a high-end hotel with character you can't find anywhere else in town,” said Jeff Low, Founder and CEO of Stash Hotel Rewards. “You can have your own private sunroom, Nutella-stuffed French toast for breakfast, and iPads to use anywhere in the hotel—and Duke University's campus is right across the street.”
