SHREVEPORT, LA - January 21, 2015 - CRU Property Management, LLC is pleased to announce the first phase of the planned revitalization of the 267-room Clarion Hotel Shreveport has been completed and is proud to announce the hotel as the new Wyndham Garden Shreveport. The Wyndham Garden Shreveport has been open during the first phase of the renovation. The second phase of the renovation is currently underway and expected to be completed the first part of 2015. CRU Shreveport, LLC, an affiliate of CRU Investments and CRU Property Management, acquired the hotel back in October 2013.

Additionally, the Hotel is excited to announce that it has promoted Deborah Coleman, who has held the position as the Hotel's General Manager for the past seven years, to Corporate Director of Sales and brought in hospitality veteran Michael Green to be the new General Manager. "Being asked to lead the conversion to a Wyndham branded hotel and all that this brings to our city is simply a great personal and professional opportunity. I am very excited to be part of the direction that CRU Property Management has set forth and look forward to meeting the ownership group's expectation in standards of service, community relations and profitability." said Mike Green. In Deborah's new role, she will be responsible for directing the sales team efforts at the Wyndham Garden Shreveport and CRU's other Hotel properties nationwide.

Grand Ballroom has been completed. The first phase of the renovation of the new Wyndham Garden Shreveport included implementing Wyndham Hotel's new bedding package, enhanced guest room amenities, opening of the new executive club lounge and club guestroom level, design upgrade to all public spaces and corridors, a contemporary new lobby, new business center and enhancements to the exterior curb appeal of the hotel.

Staring in January 2015, continued work to transform the existing restaurant, Draft Picks, this soon to be favorite neighborhood restaurant and sport bar, will start. Draft Picks, located in the heart of Shreveport will add a bevy of new cocktails and selections of beers, new menu items and 14 flat screen TV's, making this the ideal place in Shreveport to watch all your sporting games. Draft Picks has excellent food and bar selections, and a customer-friendly wait staff. Expect cuisine and a dining experience not easily found elsewhere in Shreveport including world-class steaks to our world famous burgers. Draft Picks is currently open daily for breakfast and dinner during the renovation.
