Hawaii's Waimea Plantation Cottages Welcomes Gregg Enright as GM

KAUAI, HAWAII - January 19, 2015 - Waimea Plantation Cottages is pleased to announce the addition of Gregg Enright to its leadership team as the new general manager. Enright comes to this position with more than 30 years of experience on all four of the major Hawaiian Islands. As general manager, Enright will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations including: guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, finances, team building and staff development.

Enright received his start in hospitality at the young age of 14 and worked his way up to manager at a half-way house on a golf course. From there he took a short detour to learn about fashion at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. Enright started his official hospitality career in food and beverage in Manhattan, NY before easily transitioning into management. Enright quickly realized he had a passion and natural talent for creating a dynamic team that fits each member into the right leadership role while ensuing the delivery of desired results. He has spent the last 27 years operating eight different resorts for Outrigger Hotels & Resorts in Hawaii where he won multiple awards for performance, dedication and innovation.
