Shaner Hotel Appoints William Hoy, AIA as VP of Construction, Design and Facilities Management

STATE COLLEGE, PA - January 13, 2015 - Shaner Hotels today announced the appointment of William Hoy, AIA as Vice President of Construction, Design and Facilities Management. With over 31 years of experience in all phases of design, development, and construction processes, coupled with demonstrated experience in facilities planning, capital budgeting and construction management, Bill will be responsible for overseeing the development of new build hotels and the multiple hotel renovations and conversions planned.

His background includes assignments as Senior Vice President, Design and Project Management with Marriott International, and also senior management level positions with B.F. Saul Company and Wyndham Worldwide.
