STAY: Madeline Hotel and Residences has recently completed upgrades to its Residences, including new hardwood floors, luxury furnishings, paint and lighting. DINE: The best après ski experience in Telluride can be found at Madeline's new restaurant, Black Iron Kitchen and Bar (located in the former space of SMAK Bar). The newly renovated space features a warm and inviting feel, complete with deep woods, dark steel, natural stone, and multiple outdoor "fire tables," which create great inviting spots for gathering and of course people-watching in the heart of the Mountain Village. The menu has been slightly revamped, featuring "modern mountain cuisine" cultivated by fresh mountain produce and proteins sourced seasonally from farmers, purveyors and artisan growers throughout the Four Corners region. For the drink connoisseur, Black Iron Kitchen and Bar's Libations Program offers guests a rotating selection of seasonal beers and specialty cocktails, as well as refined wines. Don't fret - the SMAK Mary remains a feature on the menu.

SKI: Madeline's Ski Valet has also been redesigned for the season. This unique slope-side service features enhanced furniture and seating areas, state-of-the-art ski and boot storage, and a hot chocolate bar serving hearty drinks daily. Meanwhile, Madeline's new Ski Ambassadors and Mountain Tours are not to be missed. Starting mid-January, all Residence Owners, Residence Guests and Hotel Guests will be invited to join the Ski Ambassadors for the chance to ski like a local. The Mountain Tours will be offered Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays throughout the ski season. The Tours are complimentary for Residence Owners and Residence Guests, and just $15 per hotel guest.

PLAY: Madeline's new kids hangout, 20 Below (adults over 20 must be escorted by a kid), features a movie lounge, electronic gaming consoles, an art wall, and four MACs. This unique hangout also offers off-site activities, including snowshoe tours, sledding outings, events and more.

TONE: The new Madeline Studio, a new yoga and Pilates facility now located adjacent to the main Hotel and Residence entrance offers scheduled classes daily as well as private instruction.
