In this newly created role, effective immediately, Regalado will manage all aspects of the thriving 196-unit condo-hotel's owner relations efforts. This will include the implementation of new owner benefits and incentives in 2015, as well as partnering with the property's executive team to roll out a new series of exciting owner events.

Regalado brings a diverse portfolio of experience to Sonesta Coconut Grove. Most recently, Regalado spent several years at Canyon Ranch Hotel & Spa in Miami Beach. As program advising supervisor, he was responsible for managing the guest experience while supervising and coordinating a team of 16 program advisors. In Fall 2010, Regalado became the exercise and movement supervisor/administrator for the property, overseeing operations for the fitness department including budgeting, procurement, policy and procedure development as well profit/loss accountability.

Prior to joining Canyon Ranch Hotel & Spa, Regalado was a realtor associate for Coldwell Banker, where he successfully managed the residential real estate sales process from start to finish, fulfilling specific customer needs on a case-by-case basis. In that position, he also managed all of the legal and financial aspects of the real estate contract process, with a focus on providing a professional, ethical and financially sound experience.

Regalado joins the hotel's Residence Program Manager, Lorelei Cobos, who came onboard earlier this year. Cobos, previously with Trump International Beach Resort, brings extensive experience to the team in working with luxury properties.
