Brian Berry Promoted to Director of Regional Operations for PHD Hospitality
Scottsdale, AZ - December 8, 2014 - It is with great pleasure that PHD Hospitality announces the promotion of Mr. Brian Berry to Director of Regional Operations. Berry joined PHD Hospitality in 2010, managing the Hilton Garden Inn Lakeland, Florida with extraordinary success. His dedication and leadership brought numerous awards and recognition for the property and his team, including a spot in the Top 10% in Service ranking of all Hilton Garden Inn properties for the past 4 years running. Under Berry's guidance, the property demonstrated year over year revenue and RevPar growth as well as establishing the service standards that brought the honor of being PHD hotel of the year in 2010 and 2012.
In his new role, Berry will oversee the operations, development and growth of properties under PHD management in the Southeast region - "Brian has been an integral part of the PHD leadership team for last four years with a passion for developing teams and hoteliers that share our vision and focus on providing the highest level of guest experience.
