Wyndham Hotel Group Appoints Mark Kukulski to Lead Hotel Management Company

PARSIPPANY, NJ - October 31, 2014 - Wyndham Hotel Group, the world's largest hotel company with approximately 7,590 hotels and part of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: WYN), today announced the appointment of Mark Kukulski as president of its management division, Wyndham Hotel Group Management.

In this role, effective November 11, Kukulski will be responsible for the consistent execution of all hotel operations for the company's 46 domestic managed properties, including financial management, sales and marketing, guest satisfaction, associate and owner relations and compliance with quality standards. He will be based in Wyndham Hotel Group's Parsippany, N.J., offices.

With more than 26 years of experience, Kukulski joins Wyndham Hotel Group from Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., where he spent 18 years in operational leadership roles for managed, owned and franchised property portfolios. Most recently, he served as area managing director, Florida and Caribbean, for the company's North America portfolio of owned and managed resorts and hotels. Prior to that, he served as general manager at The Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa in Hollywood, Fla.

Earlier in his career, Kukulski held several senior hotel operations and management positions at Sheraton® Hotels and Resorts and Embassy Suites Hotels® properties in Boston, Mass.; Denver, Colo.; Washington, D.C.; Phoenix, Ariz.; and St. Pete Beach, Fla.
