New Strategic Offices and HQ Signal Further Enhancements at The John Hardy Group

. October 30, 2014

With next generation of transformational leadership at the helm in new office locations, The John Hardy Group, an enterprise with 23 years of hospitality development experience under its belt, continues to grow its reach. Just six months after announcing the opening of the Los Angeles office, and three years after opening in New York, The John Hardy Group will expand to Hawaii in the fourth quarter, 2014.

“We've challenged ourselves to keep pace with the record growth of the hotel industry in recent years, strategically placing our team where some of the most complex hotel properties have planned to invest in their assets, acquire or build new,” Rocky Marzzarella, director of operations, The John Hardy Group.

The office in Honolulu, led by new addition Lars Fitter, will serve the blossoming market that connects the east and west. Concurrently, The John Hardy Group will move its current headquarters in Atlanta to a new space (adding more staff room and collaboration spaces) in the new demographic center of Atlanta, the Central Perimeter Area. Nate Mickelson and Eric Augur were named senior project directors in that office.

In celebration of milestones planned for 2015, The John Hardy Group is unveiling its new site, www.jhgi.com, designed by Son & Sons.

“To prepare for the decades ahead, we completed a thoughtful evaluation of our enterprise, and our unique offering as the leading development services organization,” said John Hardy, CEO/founder, The John Hardy Group. “With the launch of our new, more visual identity, we aim to inspire with the project challenges we've overcome—creating and collaborating with the top investors, managers, brands and design talent in the industry—all from our owner/developer mindset.”

The site will also further integrate the Radical Innovation in Hospitality Award competition into the John Hardy Group's core business, as the brand has taken pride in acting as a catalyst and mentor for those with ideas for hotel concepts since 2006.

In recent years, The John Hardy Group has completed several high-profile projects including development oversight of The Marriott Marquis Washington D.C., The New York Palace Hotel, Novotel Times Square and 79 simultaneous hotel renovations for Staybridge and Candlewood Suites in just 18 months.
