HRI Lodging Names Bryan Roberts GM of Hilton Garden Inn French Quarter/CBD

NEW ORLEANS, LA - October 31, 2014 - Bryan Roberts, a native New Orleanian who has worked at some of the most prestigious resort hotels on the West Coast, has returned home to become general manager of the Hilton Garden Inn French Quarter/CBD, announced Larry Daniels, vice president of operations for HRI Lodging (HRIL).

“We are gratified to bring Bryan back to New Orleans,” said Daniels. “Our ability to attract talented hospitality veterans back to our home market validates HRIL's leadership in the industry both here and across the country ,” Daniels added.

Prior to taking his new position at HRIL's Hilton Garden Inn French Quarter/CBD, Roberts most recently spent four years at Montage Deer Valley in Park City, Utah as an opening director for the ultra-luxury, all-seasons mountain resort.

He started his career in 1997 at the Omni Royal Orleans hotel in New Orleans, then worked at the Beau Rivage in Biloxi, Miss. before moving to California and the Montage Resort & Spa in Laguna Beach.

He later served as director of housekeeping for the Mondrian hotel in Los Angeles, a Morgans Hotel Group property. He returned to New Orleans for two years to manage Harrah's New Orleans hotel before leaving for Utah to be part of the opening team of the Montage Deer Valley property.

Roberts earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from University of New Orleans.
