October 22, 2014 - Continuing a tradition eagerly anticipated by staff across their hundred-strong collection of properties, Bespoke Hotels is proud to announce the winners of the 6th annual “BeFactor” Awards. Created to honor and recognize the exceptional efforts of staff, the 2014 event was hosted at the Stourport Manor Hotel and attracted dignitaries from all corners of the British Isles, from Truro in Cornwall, to Thurso on Scotland's north coast.

In line with their commitment to promoting and rewarding good service, both guests and employees of Bespoke Hotels submitted their nominees across several categories. Following receipt of these suggestions, a 6-strong panel consisting of senior management figures from within the company consulted amongst themselves before deciding on the winners.

Falling into categories ranging from Apprentice of the Year and Best Business Initiative, to the much coveted Employee and Hotel of the Year awards, the winners are as follows:

Apprentice of the Year, sponsored by Lifetime - Jeanette Saunderson, The Ennerdale Hotel, for going above and beyond the customers expectations and proving a fantastic ambassador for the Bespoke brand.
