Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia - October 21, 2014 - Chavana Spa's decor is defined by modern simplicity, with influences of Chavana's Balinese origin. Design elements include stonework features, strategic lighting, neutral tones, light timbers, frosted glass and mirrors. Fresh floral aromas are intended to soothe and calm the senses, complemented by our unique blend of traditional Balinese music with contemporary tones playing in the background, guiding our guests to sleep or a relaxed state of mind.

The spa offers two double suites, one double room, five single rooms and two sea-facing outdoor spa pavilions. The two double suites feature an outdoor landscaped area with shower and an Infrared Detox Sauna or oversized bath, respectively, primarily to cater to couples opting for Spa combination packages. Floor to ceiling windows, with frosted glass privacy panels, invite an abundance of natural light into most of the spa rooms.

Chavana Spa's range of signature body treatments, facials and packages are inspired by the freshness of a Balinese garden. Menu offerings include the four hands Chavana Massage, a fusion of global massage techniques and Elemis Spa-therapies, from the luxury British spa and skincare brand, inviting guests to indulge in result-driven treatments using superior ingredients combined with scientific solutions for skincare concerns.
